In this episode, allow me to reintroduce myself as Kelli Youngman Singh. I'm gonna give you some updates and fill you in on what's been happening in my life so that you know exactly what to expect and where we're heading in the future. You ready? Let's do it.

Hello, you are listening to the Love Your Life as a Performer podcast. I'm Kelli Youngman and I am the Life Coach for Performers. I help actors, singers, and dancers love themselves and their lives way more so keep listening to learn how you can love your life, both on and off the stage.

Hello. Hello friends. Oh my goodness. Welcome back to the podcast. This feels like such an overdue reunion. I have missed this space so much, and I just felt so ready to hop back in to say hello and to fill you in on what has been happening.

So for those of you who might be following along on the socials, I recently got married almost a month ago on April 26th, my husband and I had the most beautiful wedding in New York City. And it's so funny because we went on a trip back in February and the next podcast I had teed up for you guys was literally called Unintentional Deprioritizing, I believe was the title. And it was all about when we unconsciously make the decision to deprioritize something. And maybe I'll still share it if it feels relevant, but I thought it was so funny because I kind of unintentionally deprioritized the podcast, but then consciously chose to go on a little bit of a break and give myself permission to step away while I was navigating wedding planning and you know, deciding what I wanted to do about my rebrand, which is also kind of coming.

So again, yeah, this is kind of a little bit of a catchup sesh and a little bit of, um, a what to expect in the future. But I did know that my brand was expanding in that my coaching work was also expanding, and I feel like just taking a little bit of time away gave me space to process and to really think about the legacy of my work and where I see it going in the future.

And so my next episode, I'm gonna do a whole breakdown of my wedding and all of the things that I really loved about our day and things that I feel like just, I don't know, capture the essence of how this work has really transformed my life and how it can facilitate the biggest sense of freedom, possibility, choice, ease, especially when you're going through a time that you want to be deeply personalized and curated for you. And honestly, I feel like that really is every day of your life gets to be that journey.

I am literally recording this for you from my new office, which again has been such a fun shift of environment and also just a reflection of possibility again, and bigger vision. I think I shared this on my Instagram at some point, but my husband and I, we live in a three bed, two bath apartment in New York City. I manifested it. It was on my vision board, with a balcony. Like truly was on my vision board for years, and I've said this before, when you just decide what you want, the Universe can give it to you on a silver platter in ways that you cannot explain.

And when it came time for my office, we have a middle room that's kind of being used for storage right now. And for so long I just kind of held onto, well, that middle room is gonna be my office. That will be my office, once we clear everything out. And that process has definitely taken a little bit longer than anticipated, and it was so fun because one day Terry was just like, Hey. I'm gonna make you an office in the back room, which is like his sewing room and has been his workspace for a long time. And I was taking my coaching calls, everything out of the desk in our bedroom.

And when he said it to me, just a short aside, I remember being a little bit resistant or hesitant in the moment thinking like, what? No, like that's your space. How is that gonna work? And I have to say it's been such an upgrade, an identity shift, to really have a dedicated workspace that I can go in and close the door and be on calls with my clients and to just have a space that is set up for wealth and abundance, and this next self-concept.

Which also brings me to another update is that I have been really energized by feng shui and curious and learning more, and we've been completely taking time to declutter, to let go of a lot of things. I feel like if you're listening to this in real time, there was a full moon recently on May 12th where around that time I just really was letting go of a lot. We fixed our front door, we cleared out, you know, the foyer by the, the entryway. 'Cause you know, we opened the door and it was hitting a bench and just all of these little energetic shifts, moving furniture around in our apartment, clearing out things, getting rid of things, going through the drawers, um, very much has, has just brought this wonderful sense of levity, newness, and expansion.

And I feel like I've known for a while that the brand, Kelli Youngman Wellness didn't feel entirely complete or like the right fit. When I chose that business name in the very beginning, I was doing actually more health and nutrition coaching. And while I loved the program that I got certified in, it led me to look into a more general or a broader sense of utilizing what I love and what has changed my life most significantly by knowing how to redirect our thinking and how thought impacts everything, and the power of our energy and vision. So again, wellness didn't feel like a hundred percent accurate with the work I've been doing for half a decade.

Which OMGG, that's wild. And so, I've been in the process of, again, if you follow me on Instagram, you might already know this, but really embracing my married name and utilizing Kelli Youngman Singh as my coaching brand moving forward feels just so in alignment with where I'm heading. Another I don't know, change expansion that I've been giving myself permission to lean into is that while I built my brand as the Life Coach for Performers, because I'm a Broadway performer and you know, that's my community, and I really saw how this work could impact the industry and I continue to believe in it. I did want to expand my business because the work that I've been most impacted by is really seeing how this affects women and stepping into the boldest, most freedom in my life as a woman and what it means to really take up space and give ourselves permission and let go of societal norms has just been mind blowing.

And maybe it's not only through the lens of, you know, the female experience. But I do think that I just get so much pleasure out of working with other women and watching them step into their true power, it's what led me to shift my mastermind from The Paradigm to the Anything and Everything Mastermind, which again, is learning how to utilize these concepts, these tools, in a little bit more of a general space. So that was also a huge shift that happened earlier this year, which has just been so much fun for me.

I'm still serving and showing up for performers and their careers inside of Momentum, specifically looking at topics like auditions and how do you let yourself be an actor and a singer and a dancer, and how do you maintain belief in yourself when you haven't gotten callbacks or you're not getting appointments right? Like I still love having that space and getting to facilitate expansion and the coming back to joy in your performing career. So I will keep that container for the foreseeable future, maybe forever, because again, I just think that there's so much room to really love your career as a performer, as a performing artist and getting to share this work in a more general sense means that, you know, you can be more curious about how am I really operating in my life and where's the intersection of how, how I'm approaching my dance career might be affecting my dating life? Or how is my relationship to my sexuality, impacting the amount of pleasure I receive or the amount of support I'm willing to ask for.

Right? So these kinds of questions and watching how it impacts my life and how my life just keeps getting better and better and better and better and better is what's really setting me on fire to show women and just people in general, how good your life can get when you understand how to clear out your mind, engage with your emotions in a really healthy way, and also still hold space for magic and the vision and understanding that manifestation is no longer just like a nice way of thinking or wishful thinking, but that it's actually science-based, that it's actually rooted in quantum physics, which if you hear me nerd out on this, on the podcast, I don't always go into the science. It's not exactly my entry point, but knowing that, one, I didn't need to comprehend all the science, to even believe in the magic is one thing, and two, knowing that it exists just makes it that much more exciting and fun that people like Joe Dispenza are leading the way in terms of science-based research about how visualization is not just something nice to do, but it's essential. And that creating these snapshots in our brain really tether us to the event, to the experience, to the result that we wanna create.

So, yeah, I am so excited that I am currently enrolling the second round of the Anything and Everything Mastermind for high achieving women. Again, if you're listening to this in real time, enrollment will go till May 30th, 2025, and if you're listening to this further down the road, you can definitely head to my Instagram @kelliyoungmansingh for the link to the wait list for the next round, but it's wild. This is gonna be my sixth mastermind that I am running and facilitating and getting to do that alongside of supporting performers in their professional careers, on top of working with high. Like, I don't even know the right word. I keep saying high achieving, but creatives really at the peak of their game who are just like, let's freaking go. I'm doubling down on who I'm ready to be. Who I'm meant to be in a one-on-one private container has also been just so much fun.

So again, while it started out as a sort of unintentional deprioritization and then became a more intentional hiatus. I just feel so lucky, privileged, blessed to continue doing work that I love while actively pursuing all of my dreams, including having a wedding beyond my wildest dreams. I really can't wait to talk through the things that I did for myself that felt so loving and supportive, and also the way I held the vision and created our wedding, because we really gave ourselves maybe three and a half months to plan and execute it and it ended up being one of my favorite days and just one of my now biggest evidence for the magic of being willing to utilize and practice and implement all of these tools and practices.

So just know that there is likely a podcast rebrand coming at you soon, which feels so perfectly timed for this spring season. And for this new season of being a wife and what that means, and exploring, again, just more general topics and seeing how this applies to all of life. Because I often say how we do one thing is how we do everything, and when we really understand the paradigm of our thinking and who we've been being, creating who we want to become gets so much easier. And it really is what I facilitate. Just generally speaking, is creating change in your life, whether that's getting unstuck or feeling less doubt and moving into more confidence, whether it's being less reactive when someone challenging in your life is creating a bit of chaos. Definitely had my share of that recently. And you know, again, no matter what change you wanna facilitate, whether it's loving your body, being less stressed about money, giving yourself permission to travel, you know, prioritizing going to an audition, even if that means calling out of work, all of these things are accessible to you.

And if you're watching people live a life that feels, I don't know, more free or just bigger and bolder and that you are kind of sitting on the sidelines thinking like, what the heck? I want my life to feel as good as they are radiating. I totally understand you, because even though I've been a positive person for a lot of my life, you know, I went through phases where that was not my reality. And even though I was outwardly positive, my inner world was very heavy and very... I don't know, full of rules and inter perfectionism and judgment and you know, blaming other people. And it wasn't until I saw my friend and was like, okay, what the heck is going on? You are killing it. You are radiating. Like, what are you doing? She's like life coaching. I was like, life coaching. Tell me more like, I need a life coach. I wanna freaking 10 x my life and be out here on the leading edge of creation.

And so from that point, you know, during the pandemic hiring my first life coach to now being a life coach, I just cannot express to you how much is waiting for you on the other side of emotional intelligence, like deep emotional intelligence and really Emotional Agility and just diving deeper into the depths of your relationship with yourself. Because I've been doing this work on myself, for myself, for over a decade and then facilitating this work for the last half a decade.

And what I can say is that I continue, continue to find the ways that I get to love myself more. I get to enjoy more. I get to engage with success more and dream more. And when your relationship to doing the work is expansive, rather than trying to fix yourself or, you know, coming from a place of intensity or weight, like the relationship to doing this work gets to feel so fun and full of possibility.

So you can definitely expect some changes coming up. I promise that right now the rebrand, the name of the podcast, none of that's gonna get in the way of me showing up consistently and just continuing from here. And you know, just thank you for being on this journey with me, for choosing to improve your life with me and really, truly for being an example and a light in your own life. Because if you are here listening to this podcast, I know that you are the type of person that is changing the world for good, and you are being an example of what's possible when you allow yourself to dream bigger, to radiate more, to take up space, and to give yourself permission to really allow yourself to have Anything and Everything that you want. It is a movement. It is my mission. It is my purpose in life to show people how easy it is to create a life that you absolutely love.

I am so, so happy to be reunited in this space.
